Beginners and intermediate should not skip Saturday lasses especially. The first workshop is recommended to any type of Latin dancer (bachata or salsa). \n1. Foundational Latin Body Movements (Noelia and Irena) — This workshop is all about body mechanics. It focuses on how your muscles are connected and move in sync for the purpose of Latin dance. The emphasis is on creating awareness of your muscle movements and the importance they play in shaping up a “Sabor Latin” body movements.\n2. Son Cubano and its relevance to Mambo (Bersy Cortez) — This workshop covers the roots of salsa. This workshop focuses on diving into Cuban rhythms to improve your Salsa/Mambo steps and moves.\n3. Afro Mambo Mechanics (Bersy Cortez): From the foundational Latin body movement\, Bersy will combine the Son Cubano and Mambo experience in creating a coherence body movement which is her signature Afrom Mambo foundation.\n4. Mambo Madness (Noelia and Irena): From fast footwork to smooth partner-work this is what makes Noelia and Irena the golden duo of Spain Salsa.\n5. Salsa Fusion (Bersy Cortez): Let’s bring everything together for a fun mix of everything with some silver and golden tips by Maestra Bersy Cortez to polish your moves and take your dance to the next step.\n6. Afro Mambo Advance Body Movements (Bersy Cortez): You have acquired enough tools by now to learn and be exposed to the challenging part of Afro (Cuban) Mambo body movements\, the dos and don’ts which make you the next generation world class artist.\n7.
